Aria's flagship commuter packs a 750W motor and a 60-mile battery — but on the page it looked like every cheaper rival. Docent turned the product photo into a clickable explainer, so every component answers for itself.
The story
Aria sells a genuinely better commuter, but its product page read like everyone else's: a wall of specs a buyer had to decode alone. The questions that actually decided the sale — is it fast enough for my hills, how far on a charge — went unanswered on the page and leaked to Reddit and YouTube.
We rebuilt the hero photo as a Docent experience. Each part now carries a plain-language answer grounded in Aria’s real specs, and every explanation links straight to checkout with attribution. The same reviewed data feeds AI answer engines, so Aria shows up when buyers ask ChatGPT what to ride.
Buyers finally understand why our bike costs what it does — without us writing another spec table. It paid for itself in the first week.
